HFF vision specifically focuses on attracting families in the UK and Europe to come and visit us in the heart of Birmingham with the mission of making the hotel wholly family orientated and keeping families satisfied with their stay: Catering to traditional family-style cuisine, distinctive themed entertainment for families as well as family rooms and furniture to make families feel right at home.

In the next 10 years we  aim to target more international tourists due to the introduction of the High Speed Railway 2. We would like to expand our business throughout the UK in the future so, we can target a larger market geographically.
